Join The Nemeton!

The Nemeton invites people to our guild, not their character, gear or content experience. However, all of these things help us build a picture of how you might impact the overall group dynamic. Not every applicant will be selected for membership .. not necessarily a reflection of you, your personality, gear, or content experience .. but of The Nemeton and its current needs.

Please be aware that we are an adult guild. We know youths can be exceptional players; our experience is simply that they tend not to mesh well with our group and leave shortly after joining.

We have expectations that players will not simply show up for raids and expect us to help gear them solely in that manner. We expect that you will run heroics and other content in order to bring a suitably attired character to raid. No enchants, no gems in your gear? Please don't expect us to take you seriously if you aren't.

Good raiding requires great communication. It's necessary, when raiding with us, to have ventrilo and a working microphone. DBM or Bigwigs Boss Mods are also necessary, as is Omen threat meter.

We expect that you will offer help to your guildmates. Help comes in a variety of forms ... running heroics, coming to the aid of horde-oppressed guildies, farming instances for a particular piece of gear, running lowbie alts through instances, and helping supply the guild bank with items necessary for raid.

We expect a congenial atmosphere in guild chat and ventrilo. Keep game and real life frustrations out and share laughs with us instead. We keep our ventrilo and guild chat fairly free of swearing and trust that you will adhere to that as well. We expect that you will respect the individuals in our guild, whether officer or new addition.
